About Vieb

Vieb is a web based application with an integrated mobile app used by disability and community care providers to understand their business, and feel their ‘vibe’.

Basically, we use technology to make life easier for the people caring for some of our most vulnerable community members.

We saw what we felt were costly solutions that did not provide what we needed, so we figured, let’s help others feel their Vieb!

Vieb is an affordable alternative that makes managing and reporting easier so services can focus on what they do best.

Vieb was born.

Vieb provides its users with an end-to-end solution for office and a mobile workforce that automates compliance activities like file-noting, incident management flow, human resources and much more.

To use a flying analogy, Vieb is not the corporate jet with champagne and Hors-d’oeuvres: but it will get you where you’re going comfortably at a fraction of the price. We’ll even let you have the window seat.

Vieb is geared to help people just like you to understand your ‘Vieb’, so you can stay focused on service delivery.

Vieb is a tech company with heart: we provide an affordable, modern, technological solution to disability and community service providers.

We believe in:

Doing it right

The disability and community care sectors are facing incredible change; at a scale and rate not seen since Medicare began in 1984.

With an ongoing public focus on aged care standards and the introduction of the National Disability Insurance Scheme, these sectors have been forced to provide more cost-effective support in a much more transparent way.

It makes sense that technology offers the solution.

On 26 November 2020, the Minister for Aged Care and Senior Australians, Senator Richard Colbeck MP virtually launched the Capabilities in Aged & Community Care Readiness: An Evaluation of Innovation & Technology (CARE-IT) Report.

The Aged Care Industry Information Technology Council (ACIITC) Chair, Dr George Margelis said:

Improved uptake of technology and innovation is essential to assist service providers in delivering the high-quality assistance [older] Australians want and need, now and into the future. Equally important is the role that a digitally enabled and supported and digitally mature workforce will play in achieving this vision.

Vieb understands the needs of our ageing and diverse population and works to provide technological solutions which surpass the expectations of our customers.

At Vieb, we do what we enjoy. We want to recruit people with the same desire to fix everyday problems through precision, passion and innovation.

With a culture that’s built on evolution not competition, we keep our customers at the forefront of our mind and our work.

Our people are everything. Every single member of our wonderful team is committed to building the best solution to improve lives in the disability and community care sector.
